
About Barrie
Attorney Barrie J. Krumholz is a seasoned civil litigation attorney with nearly two decades of experience representing clients in complex legal matters. Her primary areas of practice include family law, real estate litigation, contract disputes, and a broad range of civil litigation issues.
Ms. Krumholz began her legal career as a litigation attorney for creditor rights firms, where she developed strong advocacy skills and extensive courtroom experience. Over the course of her career, she has handled numerous non-jury trials and has successfully negotiated favorable settlements in contract disputes and other contested matters.
Originally from New York, Barrie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with minors in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She went on to pursue her legal education at the University of Miami School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 1999. While in law school, she served as an officer of the Women’s Law Group and gained practical experience through internships with the Domestic Violence Division and the Juvenile Division of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Krumholz has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 2007 and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She has built her practice helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate challenging legal issues with strategic guidance and personal attention.
